BeatRakshak ("we", "our", or "us") is a patrol verification application developed for Punjab Police. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application.

- Shift History — Allowing you and administrators to review past patrol records
3. Data Storage & Security
Where We Store Data
- Server: All data is stored on secure Cloudflare Workers servers
- Photos: Check-in photos are stored on Cloudinary (a secure cloud image service)
- Local Storage: Your login token and preferences are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage
How We Protect Data
- All data transfer uses HTTPS encryption
- Authentication tokens are required for all API access
- Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Regular security audits are performed
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Your information is never shared with advertisers, marketers, or any third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data may be accessible to:
- Authorized Police Administrators — For monitoring patrol compliance and generating reports
- Cloud Service Providers — Cloudflare (server hosting) and Cloudinary (photo storage) process data on our behalf under strict security agreements
5. Data Retention
- Patrol Records: Retained as per Punjab Police data retention policies
- Photos: Stored indefinitely for audit and verification purposes
- Login Sessions: Stored until you log out or uninstall the app

You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your patrol data
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw Consent — Stop using the app at any time
