How BeatRakshak Works

A simple, efficient workflow that ensures complete patrol verification in four easy steps.

Login

Guard logs in with username and password provided by admin. Dashboard shows all assigned checkpoints.

Scan QR Code

Guard goes to checkpoint location and scans the QR code placed there. GPS location is verified automatically.

Take Photo

Guard takes a live photo at the location. Photo is uploaded with GPS coordinates and timestamp overlay.

Verification Complete

Success screen appears. Checkpoint is marked as completed. Admin can view the report in real-time.

Day & Night Shifts

BeatRakshak supports both day and night shifts with automatic checkpoint reset every 12 hours.

Checkpoints are assigned for daytime patrol. Must be completed before 8:00 PM.
